Licenses for non-profit organizations (NPOs) and hall managers are not issued by the SBQ. The requests must be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux (RACJ), which regulates regular bingo and issues licenses. You can call the RACJ at 1 800 363-0320. Only NPOs with a bingo license are authorized to organize bingo events in Québec.
