In every sector of activity at Loto Québec, concrete measures for the promotion of responsible gaming are being developed and applied in collaboration with Mise sur toi. Here are the measures implemented at network bingo halls and at Kinzo:
Network bingo halls
Access to the bingo halls is forbidden to persons under the age of 18.
The "18+" logo is indicated on in-hall game rules and network bingo strips, all printed communications and the SBQ's Internet site.
The 1 866 SOS-JEUX help line number is indicated on the back of network bingo strips and on some printed communications, on the SBQ's website and in electronic messages displayed on in-hall screens.
The game is not associated with a loyalty program.
Kinzo
Access to the Kinzo halls is forbidden to persons under the age of 18.
The "18+" logo is indicated at Kinzo hall entrances and on game tickets, all printed communications and the SBQ's Internet site.
The 1 866 SOS-JEUX help line number is indicated on the back of Kinzo tickets and on some printed communications, on the SBQ's Internet site and in electronic messages displayed on in-hall screens.
A large-size clock is installed in full view of customers to help them maintain a sense of time.
No credit is given to clients.
The game is not associated with a loyalty program.
