Selection Slip

Step 1

In the Lotto Max board, mark 7 numbers from 1 to 49. In addition to this 7-number selection, you obtain 2 other computer generated selections. You can also mark the QUICK PICK box, to receive 3 computer generated selections.

Step 2

In the Lotto 6/49 and Québec 49 board, mark 6 numbers from 1 to 49, or mark the QUICK PICK box. Note: the selection for both games is the same.

Step 3

Mark the number of weeks, up to 5 consecutive weeks.

Step 4

Mark the quantity of Extra numbers you want ($3 per number, per week, for the 3 corresponding Extra draws, up to 10 numbers), or mark NO if you do not want to play Extra.
