Step 1

Mark the box beside the game or games you want to play:

  • Lotto 6/49 only ($2 per selection)

or

Step 2

Mark the quantity of Extra numbers you want to play ($1 per number, up to 10 numbers) or mark the No box if you do not want to play Extra.

Step 3

Mark the number of draws: up to 26 consecutive draws.

Step 4

Choose 6 numbers from 1 to 49 on the same selection board or mark the QUICK PICK box.
