Draw Procedure

Four ball machines are used for the draw. The first ball machine (day) contains 31 balls numbered 1 to 31. The second ball machine (month) contains 12 balls representing the months of the year (January to December). The third ball machine (year) contains balls numbered 00 to 99 for the years. And, the fourth ball machine (astrological sign) contains 12 balls representing the 12 astrological signs. One ball is drawn in each ball machine to form the winning selection consisting of one day, one month, one year and one astrological sign.
