At the Casinos

• Access to the casinos is forbidden to persons under the age of 18.
• No credit is given to clients (contrary to certain North American houses).
• Alcoholic beverages are prohibited in the gaming areas.
• Responsible playing messages and the 1 866 SOS-JEUX help hotline number are prominently displayed.
• In 2000, information terminals were installed in casinos. In 2006, a new information terminal called 8/8, The Winning Combination was installed. This is an interactive user-friendly console that identifies players' gaming behaviour pattern by means of eight easy questions.

• Au Centre du Hasard is a gaming information centre located at the very heart of every Québec casinos, whose goal is to educate and sensitize clients about responsible gaming.
