At the Casinos

• Access to the casinos is forbidden to persons under the age of 18. Each casino now has a surveillance team in place dedicated exclusively to verifying the age of people seeking access.
• No credit is given to patrons (contrary to other North American houses).
• Alcoholic beverages are prohibited in the gaming areas.
• Moderation messages and the 1 866 SOS-JEUX help hotline number are prominently displayed.
• In 2006, a new information terminal called 8/8, The Winning Combination was installed. This is a user-friendly console that identifies players’ gaming behaviour pattern by means of eight easy questions. [+]

• Au Centre du Hasard is a gaming information centre located at the very heart of the Casino de Montréal, whose goal is to educate and sensitize patrons about responsible gaming.[+]
