In every sector of activity at Loto‑Québec, concrete measures for the promotion of responsible gaming are being developed and applied. Here are the measures implemented at network bingo halls:
- Access to the bingo halls is forbidden to persons under the age of 18.
- The 1 866 SOS-JEUX help line number and 18+ logo are prominently displayed.
- The message "The sale of lottery tickets to minors is prohibited by law" is displayed on network bingo tickets.
- The Your Player Profile in 8 Questions brochure is readily available.
