Every year, Loto-Québec supports over a hundred events throughout Quebec thanks to its Les Rendez-vous Loto-Québec sponsorship program.

Les Rendez-vous Loto-Québec Criteria

Make sure that your event meets the following criteria to ensure that your application is considered.

  1. Category - The sponsored event must be held mainly outdoors and be open to the public.
  2. Accessibility - The event must bring people together, be accessible and free or at low cost (less than $10 per day).
  3. Benefits - The event must generate significant economic and social benefits for the community, and actions to minimize its impact on the environment must be implemented.

Exclusions

Our sponsorship program does not support:

  1. Individuals, teams, associations or organizations in the field of sports
  2. Activities related to community investment
  3. Activities or investments related to children's entertainment or children's festivals
  4. Real estate installations such as buildings, parks and public or private places
  5. Religious groups or political associations
  6. Organizations in the fields of television, radio, Internet or cinema
  7. Fundraising, personal projects, cultural travel or cooperative missions
  8. Events that take place entirely indoors
  9. Golf tournaments

Online Form

New requests for the year starting April 1, 2010, must be submitted no later than October 31, 2009.

To simplify the process and ensure fairness in the analysis of applications, you must fill out the online application form, operated by SPONSORIUM. Fill out all relevant fields before submitting your application. Once it has been submitted, you will no longer be able to change it.

Certain documents should be attached to your application according to the size of your event.

  • If your operating budget is less than $300,000: A study to determine the event's clientèle, conducted by an independent firm, dated no earlier than 2006-2007. The study must be conducted every 3 years.
  • If your operating budget is between $300,000 and $1 million: A study to determine the event's clientèle and attendance, conducted by an independent firm, dated no earlier than 2006-2007. The study must be conducted every 3 years.
  • If your operating budget is over $1 million: A study to determine the event's clientèle, attendance and economic impact, conducted by an independent firm, dated no earlier than 2006-2007. The study must be conducted every 3 years.
