Loto-Québec and its subsidiaries (hereinafter referred to as "Loto-Québec") operate a number of informative Internet sites (hereinafter the "Portal"), in order to offer free access to a wealth of information about Loto-Québec, its products and the activities it offers to any person. This information can be found on the sites of which some of the addresses (URLs), which are collectively called the " Domain Names¹ ", appear below:

The dates, times, conditions and prices of packages, hotel rooms, events, tournaments or other activities are subject to change without notice and may be subject to conditions to those indicated on the Portal. Lotteries are restricted to persons 18 years of age or over.
Loto-Quebec does not sell any lottery tickets over the Internet. Furthermore, no one is authorised by Loto-Québec to sell gaming products over the Internet.
The lottery results posted on the Portal are not official. In the event of a discrepancy between the results listed on the Portal and Loto-Québec’s official winning list, the latter shall prevail. To claim a winning ticket, see explanations on the back of it.

Loto-Québec provides no guarantees with regards to the use of the Portal, and the visitor agrees to use the Portal as is and at his/her own risk.
Loto-Québec and its directors, employees and agents are at no time responsible in civil or other fashion for any loss or damages whatsoever, including by, but not restricted to, a loss of profits, an interruption of activities, or the loss of programs or data which could result from:
(i) the use of the Portal or any Internet site linked to the Portal by hyperlink or otherwise,
(ii) the modification or deletion of all or part of the Portal, including a hyperlink,
(iii) any errors, omissions, inaccurate or outdated information presented on the Portal or received by the visitor subsequent to a request for information submitted on the Portal,
(iv) resulting from any harmful programming code that could install itself on the Portal or be transmitted via the Portal.
Certain names, words, titles, expressions, logos, icons, graphic elements, drawings and diagrams or other content appearing on the pages of the Portal are commercial designations or trademarks held by Loto-Québec and its subsidiaries, or commercial designations or trademarks granted to them by virtue of a permit or license and is thus protected. All other material contained on the Portal is also protected by copyright.
The unauthorized downloading, retransmission, copying or modification of trademarks, images, text or data contained on the Portal may contravene federal or provincial laws, and specially the laws pertaining to trademarks, industrial drawings or copyright, and may subject the visitor to legal proceedings.
Except for the purposes of navigating on the Internet, or unless otherwise indicated, it is strictly prohibited to copy, redistribute, reproduce, republish, store on any medium, retransmit or modify the information contained on the Portal, as well as to make public or commercial use thereof in any way whatsoever.
All domain names are the exclusive property of Loto-Québec and may not be appropriated or infringed upon by way of hyperlinks or framing. Similarly, the registration of closely similar domain names will not be tolerated.
The Portal features various hyperlinks which will direct visitors to other sites. These links are made available to visitors for their convenience only and in order to offer them a more intuitive and pleasant navigation experience. The existence of any such link in no way whatsoever constitutes an implicit or explicit support of the site concerned, of its content, or of any other site(s) associated such a site. Furthermore, Loto-Québec assumes no responsibility for such content whatsoever.
Loto-Québec also assumes no responsibility for the choice of any links provided, which is done at its sole discretion. Loto-Québec is free always to add, remove or modify any link appearing on the Portal.
Loto-Québec expressly prohibits any individual from authorizing or establishing a link from a third party site to the Portal, to use the framing technique, a frame, a mirror site, or any other similar mechanism without the prior consent of the Loto-Québec Customer Service.
The fact that there exist unauthorized links to the Portal in no way constitutes
consent or the waiver of Loto-Québec’s rights and recourse. Furthermore,
Loto-Québec assumes no responsibility for the existence of any unauthorized

An authorization by Loto-Québec does not mean it supports, approves or otherwise recognizes the content of any such site, and the Loto-Québec is not responsible whatsoever for the content of any sites linked to the Portal, or for any link present on these sites.
In case of discrepancy between the language versions of the Portal’s content, the General conditions of use or the Privacy policy, the French version of each shall prevail.
In the event of a discrepancy between one of the conditions stated in the General conditions for use and a specific condition for use displayed on a Portal’s page and related to a particular content, the specific condition will prevail.
In the event that a visitor’s use of the Portal results in any conflict, such conflict must be resolved in accordance with the laws applicable in Quebec before a Montreal district court.
