When it first established La Collection, Loto-Québec set itself a dual mission: bring exposure to contemporary art and support Québec’s creative arts community. Beyond being a simple collection of artworks, La Collection Loto-Québec is an essential element of Loto-Québec’s social mission.

The corporation supports the arts and culture, not as an investor, but rather as a patron.

Thanks to its acquisitions program of contemporary art works, La Collection Loto‑Québec, endowed with more than 4,300 works created by over 1,200 artists from Québec, promotes Québec’s creative talent throughout the province.
